Chocolate Gremlins


I think you will agree – fiber never tasted so good:

1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups Fiber One® original bran cereal
48 miniature candy-coated chocolate baking bits

STEP 1 
In 2-quart saucepan, heat butterscotch chips and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.

STEP 2 
Gently stir in cereal until well coated. Onto waxed paper, drop mixture by teaspoonfuls to form 24 “gremlins.” Press 2 baking bits onto each to resemble eyes. Refrigerate until set.

Expert Tips

To create werewolf gremlins, add 2 slivered almonds to each cookie for fangs.
Chow mein noodles can be substituted for the cereal.

Only Pilsbury would be clever enough to fool kids into eating more fiber. Now we’ll need more trips to the dentist, (thanks to the chocolate), but we were going to go the dentist anyway. Right?
